Acceptance
By using this site, requesting a quote or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Services, quotes and payment
Prices shown on the site are starting references. Every project gets a written proposal with fixed scope, deadline and price before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 50% upfront on approval, 50% on delivery before final publication. Maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime without penalty, effective from the next cycle.
Deadlines and revisions
Standard delivery is up to 14 calendar days from proposal approval and receipt of required materials. Client delays in providing materials extend the deadline accordingly. Each project includes the revision rounds described in the proposal; scope changes are quoted separately with prior approval.
Content and intellectual property
Materials you provide are your responsibility and you declare having the right to use them. After full payment, the delivered site is yours — code, design and content produced for the project. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party services and liability
Sites may depend on third-party services (hosting, domains, analytics). We are not liable for their downtime or policy changes, but we assist with migration when needed. We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings or sales volumes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time; the current version lives on this page. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of Manaus/AM, Brazil, as the chosen venue, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
