What we collect and why

Quote/contact form: name, phone, optional email, business segment and your message — used to reply and prepare proposals. Client portal: login email/password plus project and subscription data — used to provide the contracted service. Browsing: anonymous, aggregated usage metrics via Vercel Analytics, with no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Legal basis under Brazil's LGPD: contract performance and legitimate interest.

Sharing and retention

We never sell your data. It is stored with the infrastructure providers we use to operate (Google Firebase for leads and the client portal, Vercel for hosting and analytics), acting as processors under their own data-protection terms. Otherwise we only disclose data when legally required. Leads are kept while there is an active conversation or until you request deletion; client data for the contract duration plus legal retention periods.

Your rights and security

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing at any time via contato@arrowlabs.com.br — we reply within 15 days. We use HTTPS, authenticated portal access and restricted database rules to protect your data.
