Common questions
Is it expensive?
Our packs start from R$ 500 (Presence). Home prices are reference ranges — every quote is customized to scope. The calculator shows the site usually pays for itself quickly. In practice, a fair price covers a domain in your name, HTTPS, clear pages, basic local SEO, and an obvious path to WhatsApp — not the smallest line on a spreadsheet. If you lose two customers a week because you have no presence or a slow site, multiply by average ticket: that opportunity cost often exceeds the gap between a lean pack and a “cheap” build that needs rework. Compare proposals by written scope, timeline, and what you keep after go-live. Presence gets you found on Google; Conversion adds booking and social proof; Operations turns the site into a tool (menu, orders, panel). Always ask what is out of scope — extra revisions, hosting, and maintenance — so there are no surprises after launch.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery, before we publish the site.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds on every project. Beyond that: R$ 100/hour, agreed before we start.
How long does it take?
Agreed upfront in writing. Presence can ship in up to 7 days; larger projects (Conversion/Operations) usually take up to 14 calendar days from briefing to live. The clock starts when briefing, access, and essential content are available — client-side delays push delivery by the same amount. On standard scopes there is no endless discovery phase: we diagnose the goal, lock scope, and launch with an on-page SEO checklist, SSL, and a contact CTA. If the project needs integrations outside the pack (ERP, complex payment gateway), we flag it in the quote and renegotiate the calendar before kickoff so the timeline stays predictable. Bottom line: you get a written date, not “whenever”; and the clock only runs when inputs are in hand. Status updates go via WhatsApp or email — no surprise the night before go-live.
